Very good product. DELIVERY ON TIME WITH A NICE DELIVERY PERSON who had made an appointment.

By buying this product more expensive than elsewhere, I thought I would get a better quality trampoline. However, the assembly turned out to be tedious. From the first jumps of my children, some hooks of the safety net broke.

After contacting the carrier to complete the address, the package arrived, with a longer delay than expected, but the service remained good.

The trampoline seems to be of acceptable quality. The rigidity of the legs could be improved. You promise delivery between 2 to 5 days: we were delivered in 6 days! However, efficient delivery in an isolated location.

We are very satisfied with the quality of the trampoline. However, the explanatory instructions for assembly could probably be improved, particularly the order in which the elements should be assembled should be clearer. Finally, the transport was quick and competent.

Very very good product I am talking about the trampoline because the roof that is an accessory is really of very low quality.

Very good product that pleases both children and adults. We encountered only one issue with the installation of the safety net where the ring opened during installation. The assembly instructions are exemplary and the trampoline is very well designed. You have to pay the price, but the quality is there; which is very important for such a purchase. Fast delivery and on time. A few small remarks nonetheless: 1. The protective covers to be slipped over the poles of the safety net are not mentioned in the instructions; we realized this at the end, which forced us to remove the net. 2. It is also not specified in the instructions that two fasteners must be mounted on each pole. It seems logical during assembly, but it is not written; only visible on the explanatory diagram. 3. More annoyingly, the plastic hooks used to attach the net break easily, either during installation or through wear. I advise users to replace the broken ones with metal hooks that you can find in a hardware store.

Easy assembly. The quality seems to be very good. However, we will have to see in use. It's a shame that the carrier specifies delivery 'between 8 am and 6 pm'. The customer loses a day to receive their package.

No problem except that the delivery service did not announce itself beforehand. They were lucky we were present on the delivery day.

The minimax is small, compact, and easy to assemble. For now, after 15 days of use, it fully meets my needs for cardio or fitness. I recommend it. Too bad there are so many shipping costs 15/54*100=27% of shipping costs in the total amount.
