The missing package was immediately resent at their expense of course as it was lost during the shipment of the first order. Pleasant and professional phone reception. Material provided is of excellent quality. One remark though: The protective net purchased to replace the old one has a zipper this time reinforced at the seams BUT unfortunately is smaller than previously and unfortunately my children have grown!! So folding it in four to fit into the trampoline!! So there is improvement and less. But the quality is there and that's the main thing!!

Very efficient after-sales service that took into account my small problems with the net support ring and within a week had provided me with the spare parts to remedy it. My children are having a blast on the trampoline which is really great. Good product and plenty of hours of outdoor play ahead.

easy to order and fast delivery however we had taken the small trampoline as a free option and instead we received the football net. We contacted trampoline France to inform them of the error and they told us that there was no more small trampoline but that they would call us back. It's been 10 days and still nothing. Too bad the product is great but the customer service is not great

I wrote them a note asking them that the shipping address of the bed was not the postal address, since the place where I wanted the delivery is a property where there are no streets, and I indicated that in the address sent they would explain how to get to the site. They did not listen to me, and I had to carry the 120 Kg. and move them awkwardly damaging the car to my home.

If this address was not correct, the carrier could not know. Nevertheless, I can assure you that on our part we transmitted all the information to the carrier and asked him to contact you to receive the necessary instructions for delivery, and according to our information, he did so. I also told you that if you had any problems with the delivery, you could call our phone number and we would take care of solving it, however, on the day of delivery we did not receive any news from you. Please understand that the carrier made the delivery at the address provided. If you wanted the delivery to be made at another address, you should have provided it to us. In addition to transmitting all possible information to the carrier and making ourselves available in case any problem arises, there is little more we can do.
