Unless there was an error or misunderstanding, it is impossible that we told you that the product is charged once the order is received, as this goes against our policy. It is true that we have a payment option in 3 installments where 60% of the order is charged once it has been received, corresponding to the second and third payment installments. However, for this, you must choose the payment option in 3 installments. I have nothing to say about the quality of the interlocutors and their seriousness. The only concern is that I did not receive the entirety of the order and do not know the outcome of this matter. Indeed, upon opening the box, 2 items were listed on the delivery note and only 1 was in the box. I was told that I should have made reservations on the delivery note.
