Patience and availability of contact given the situation. Appreciated commercial gesture made. After, I still regret that supposedly French products are made elsewhere than in France (hence the big delay in delivery because products did not arrive in the France Trampoline warehouses.)

We are very happy with the trampoline, it is great quality and the kids love it. We had a couple of issues with the delivery but the customer service team at France Trampoline were exceptional, especially Coralie Edwards. The order went very well as did the delivery. Perfect. This trampoline is wonderful for both an adult and my little girl who just turned 3 and it was for her. A bit complicated to assemble but it's sturdy and well protected. Over time, outside, I don't know the duration but I trust. Thank you again. Very good product in relation to the price.
