Fast delivery (small downside nonetheless on flexibility, you need to take a day off as we only have a date and no time) Customer service with staff available immediately to respond to all our information requests (delivery, assembly...) that's great! High quality trampoline it seems (time will confirm hopefully). Only concern: the net attachments were not up to the rest (brittle) and replaced without any issue with spare parts. So very responsive and high-quality customer service. Very satisfied with this purchase.
