We ordered a model with a diameter of 2.50 m. 2 days later, realizing our mistake, we were able to modify our order without any problem thanks to the kindness of our contact, to replace it with an order of a smaller diameter. Thank you for allowing this modification. The delivery took place within the deadlines without any problems.

We find the quality of the trampoline very good. We were very satisfied with accessibility, willingness to provide information, and advice. We were less satisfied with the shipping in ***. Unfortunately, I had to organize someone to wait at home for 4 hours during regular working hours until delivery. However, the trampoline techik cannot be blamed for that.

Excellent telephone assistance that helped me with the purchase of a maxi pack 490 oval carpet. I was subsequently contacted for shipping updates and for the scheduled pickup.
