I am very satisfied with my order, quick processing and effective follow-up, delivery within the agreed time and excellent communication with the transport team, trampoline very well packaged, wrapped on a pallet, and trampoline of very good quality, solid, and aesthetically pleasing as well. One negative point to mention, the assembly instructions! Not clear as it is all in pictograms, difficult to decipher if you are not a skilled handyman! We managed with the help of videos found online.
