Fast delivery, product conforms to the description. The assembly is not obvious but we expected it with a trampoline over 4m. It is only now that I realized that we could call for help on the choice, it might have saved us a few hours of doubt about the choice. We had a small issue with a small part that broke, the customer service was very responsive and sent us what we needed in no time. Really satisfied with my order, I recommend the site.

Delivery was 1 day late but well notified. The trampoline meets my expectations exactly: sturdy, well secured, easy to assemble. It was assembled by my 2 children (9 & 14) with just a little help at the start (pushing in the bars). It passed the first storm without any problems - which was my concern given the wind surface area -; the anchoring to the ground held well.
