The email notifying the number of packages as well as the measurements to take upon receipt is very reassuring. Order placed on Monday, trampoline received on Friday (due to appointment for receipt). Pleasant carrier.

I found the phone contact perfect, the deadlines perfect, although I had a small issue with the carrier for my second order.. I think you should specify that when changing a tarp, it is preferable to change the springs at the same time. I believe I remember that the spare parts were not printed in the catalog you offer
