Hello, thank you for your comment. The opening of the net consists of clips on the left and Velcro on the right to have a higher level of safety than other nets. You ultimately have 2 thicknesses of net at the opening. This system is stronger than a zipper (which can break but is not easily repaired) and it is not more complicated to use. Delivery guaranteed within 48h a few days before Christmas. Very good advice by phone for choosing the trampoline and its accessories. Very good quality of the material, assembly without difficulty (2 hours for the trampoline + net with two people). Tried on Christmas day by the whole family and adopted by ages 2 to 60.

Very very good telephone reception. I would say that my only concern before delivery was leaving all my card references over the phone... I really hesitated but the deadline was too tight, when will PayPal or others be available.... Afterward, the documentation could perhaps be more detailed in diagrams. A bit like Swedish furniture. But this did not cause us any trouble during assembly.
