Excellent commercial treatment, spectacular quality in relation to the price I paid. The only thing I miss is not being able to exchange it for a larger one and pay the difference, but with common sense, they kindly told me that there is no possibility of repurchase. My daughter is delighted, but when we parents use it, with the 2.5-meter one, it is just right. Maybe one that is one meter more, which fits on my terrace, would be better.

Jump'in Spain is a company of great quality, with friendly and very professional treatment. Their products are of great quality. I bought a trampoline with a diameter of 4 meters that I have outdoors and it is perfect. I chose it because they offer spare parts in case any of them deteriorate and it also has a 2-year warranty. I am very satisfied with the overall service.

Perfect.... super nice product and very good quality. Quick and efficient phone response. Delivery without delay, and very friendly delivery person. Remarks without consequences: extend the assembly time on the instructions...(otherwise you feel very useless at DIY...) and mention on the site that the ladders are compatible with the new trampolines like the Hip Hop... I have already recommended your site because I want to support companies in France.

No problems... delivery, installation (the drawings in the instructions are too small... it's hard to recognize the parts for assembly) nothing is missing, sturdiness. Barely assembled, it was the joy of the little children.

Super fast delivery, very friendly customer service, quality trampoline, pure happiness for my 4-year-old daughter. Assembly with 2 people in two small hours. If I had to make a small complaint, the assembly instructions are sometimes a bit light, but nothing insurmountable.

Model purchased: Waouuh 430 The delivery date is respected. Quality material, very resistant safety net (really made for the whole family, allows showing tricks to the kids and seeing them do it), good times ahead, the assembly instructions are precise, the assembly is relatively simple. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a REAL trampoline.

Very fast delivery. Very simple installation (small downside: the explanation on how to attach the foam protection to the trampoline is too light, I feel like I haven't fixed it correctly) Very pleasant to use for ages 2 to 35. I now hope that the durability will be just as good and that the trampoline will last for years. I chose "maybe" for the question "Do you think you will use our site services again?" because you don't buy a trampoline every day. But on the other hand, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend the site.

Trampoline purchased in 2009, still followed which is practical for accessories and wear parts, and even better improvements to the equipment (safety net now equipped with a frame 100% satisfaction from the children and teenagers using it and the parents too for this booster 430 and especially the most important when buying remotely, a telephone service for advice, assistance available with real people!
