receipt of the package very fast with a phone call from France trampoline to confirm the delivery date. very nice. the trampoline is of very good quality, the oxygen model (first in the range) compared to trampolines generally found on the net or even Decathlon. I am fully satisfied and I recommend this site of French manufacturing!

- Fast delivery, assembly was very simple (a mallet, the provided clamp and a 10mm wrench were enough, we were two.) - Quality trampoline, we feel safe and my son can let loose. Pure happiness. - The price is very reasonable (essential pack Jump-up 3.60m) compared to others for similar quality. - I recommend.

Very satisfied with our Jump'Up 360. This trampoline makes no "unsightly" noise, a sign of quality! A small issue with a spring in the batch that was not the right one, but very good responsiveness from customer service, received the replacement spring 2 days later.

The quality of the material is excellent. The instructions have gaps and should be revised by someone who has never assembled the trampoline. The clamp and assembly instructions were missing. QUESTION WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE MAT AND THE NET AND THEIR REPLACEMENT COST?

Fast and efficient service for replacing a part. We have been using one of their trampolines for 7 years with always renewed pleasure. The durability is very good except for the protection net poles. (The cylindrical part that fits over the metal poles)

trampoline 4.30m jump up ordered on a Sunday evening and received 3 days later, can't do better! quick and easy assembly due to the quality of the materials and nothing was missing! very aesthetic with its green color that blends into the landscape, its solid net and the very thick cushion! we are delighted with this purchase, especially my son who finds it great compared to the other trampolines he has had, he jumps higher and has fun with the free foot trampoline.
