Delivery within the expected timeframe, appointment with the carrier which is ideal. The trampoline is perfect and of very high quality, much better than those I have seen in general. The assembly instructions are very well done and the assembly tips are ideal.

The site is very clear. I had a question about the delivery date and I received the answer to my question in less than 48 hours. The delivery went exactly as planned. The packages were on time. One suggestion though: consider stronger packaging or, better, more packages to make them easier to transport. The main package weighed about 100 kilos, which is way too much!

Delivery as expected (order Thursday evening/delivered Tuesday). Trampoline apparently of very good quality (we will wait for the ravages of time for a definitive opinion)... / I assembled the trampoline and the safety net alone in 3 hours and 30 minutes. Very good purchase... the kids and the older ones are delighted. Highly recommend

Website is quite clear, company easily reachable by phone for additional inquiries (with knowledgeable staff), efficient order control (I had made a mistake ordering a product twice, they called me to confirm/correct), fast shipping. No problems with the order and tracking. Very good delivery service. Packaging may be too compressed as one of the tubes was damaged... Very good product with some difficulties in assembly (more than 3 hours), especially for the safety net to stretch it correctly, the fiberglass rods cracked... so disappointed on this point. Moreover, there is no protection for the joints of the rods as indicated in the manual.
