The site presents detailed information, the delivery was quick (48h), the packaging correct (boxes a bit torn but it remains superficial) and the trampoline (Jump'Up 300) seems to be of good quality.

When ordering I made a mistake on the sizes, I had a salesperson who called me back to correct it and I found this approach very serious. It avoided me receiving my order quickly but I wouldn't have been able to install it. I received the package within 48 hours and the children were delighted

From the first moments on the site, you realize the quality of the services and products. We bought the 3m trampoline for our children aged 3 and 9. The assembly was very simple with two people. Given the season and the weather I haven't been able to use it yet, I have already managed to assemble it without problems. For the France trampoline service, I have nothing to complain about, the deadlines were respected. After that, we will see the quality over time

I bought a net and a protective mat to replace those of a low-cost trampoline that broke down after a year I received my products quickly and they seem much more robust (UV treatment and finish) However, the price of these spare parts is equivalent to a new low-cost trampoline so I recommend these products for now but I will know more with use

Excellent service and very good performance. I asked for advice on choosing the trampoline and received a response within 24 hours. I ordered the Apollo-sport, and my delivery was made within 4 days following my order, after an appointment with the carrier. The quality of the trampoline is nothing like the one I had before: the steel tubes are significantly thicker, as are the protective plastics, etc... Very good site, very good product, which I highly recommend!

Very good quality trampoline, bought to practice kanga style at home. Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Wednesday morning by a carrier. Fortunately, someone was at home in the morning to receive the package, but I was not contacted beforehand to know when I was most available. Nothing to complain about from my side, very good product, fast delivery.
