Very responsive team. I had ordered a product that was out of stock on the site on a Sunday and I was called on Monday to be informed. Since I wanted to be delivered quickly, I was directed to a new diameter. Very fast delivery: order sent on Monday and trampoline delivered on Monday. Assembly in 2 hours, safety net and ladder included. You can feel the quality is there. Improvement needed: provide real-time stock management on the site to avoid my little mishap.

We ordered via the website and were able to pay by check and gift check. 3 days later the trampoline was delivered! The assembly of the structure and the jumping mat is very easy. Nothing to improve regarding the process of my order! Everything went very well, delivery in 4 days, just right for our daughters' birthday, the Whaouh trampoline of 4m 50 was a hit all weekend, from 2 to 67 years old. It majestically stands in our garden!!! It's great for the kids. I don't think I will order a trampoline soon... however, we can praise the services of France Trampoline to our friends/family...
