I placed an order on your site only the order did not arrive at the right store despite interventions at the location. I had to call the store to change the reservation site and I don't know if the order transfer was carried out.

Easy-to-access store used for ski equipment rental. Very good welcome and efficient equipment return service. Good value for money when renting via the website. Less convinced by the team in charge when we picked up our equipment: not very attentive to our needs despite the fact that we were alone in the store.

I found the initial meeting with staff very useful. I returned with an issue with my skis and still was treated kindly and with patience. Also good location, close to Olympic telephonique.
