Listening staff, quick service and good equipment. Perfect
Hello, The booking site is buggy and your positioning in relation to the rental company is unclear and has caused me problems. I make a rental request and have to try 3 times to get a complete cart with the different packages. A few days before going skiing, I finally buy shoes and tell myself that I will cancel the reservation directly on site with the merchant and he tells me that since the order was placed on this site, they cannot do anything.
Excellent experience at Freeride Arc 1950. We rented skis and snowboards for a week, and the team was very welcoming and professional. After the first outing, my shoes were not ideal for my practice: they took the time to offer me better-suited equipment, with very good advice. True snowboard specialists, with top-notch adjustments and excellent advice for purchasing equipment in-store. I recommend without hesitation!

It was really great, the staff is very pleasant. the boots were good and the skis were really top notch. i was able to reach 130kmh on a red run, my biggest dream. i'm very happy with my trip thanks to my good quality equipment and a fast rental.
