A wide choice of products not found elsewhere, very interesting selection criteria and regular promotions: an invaluable site. Delivery is fast, in appropriate packaging. The only reservation about logistics is that there's no message telling you when your delivery has arrived at your destination, which could mean you forget.

I took the menu D survival ration. I think 2 packets of cookies, 2 jams, 4 sugars, half would be enough. Instead, you could add milk and chocolate powder, cereal bars, canned cheese (laughing cow style, if it still exists). Until the rations are modified, I'm going to personalize it.

The chronoposte service is deplorable I stayed at the relay point during delivery to not see my parcel during delivery and received a notification of refusal of delivery even though the parcel had not been transported by the deliveryman. When I asked the center to make the parcel available, it was transferred from another center. The parcel had never been delivered.

Order placed: 5-day pack without snacks. The packaging was completely neutral. A simple 5-day pack sticker would have been welcome to brighten up the pack. Why not put one or two samples, small products to test for those who also order packs? In any case, I'm discovering freeze-dried and I like it. I'd recommend it. Bonne continuation Fabrice

My order was delivered a day late, but this was a problem with the carrier only. Delivery costs refunded. Tasted the product: it's really good... Very practical too, you put the bag of food in another bag with a little water, close it, lay it flat and it heats up by itself. In 10 minutes, it's ready, hot and tasty. I recommend this site.
