Well received the order, thank you for your information concerning the change of Himalayan salt against ordinary salt and for having put a box in compensation. The parcel took some time to clear customs, but that's normal, in Switzerland we go as fast as necessary and as slow as possible, so that it stays nickel clean. Delighted with your company and your service

If it's the Tent Meals brand, it's an English artisanal brand "all homemade" and the DLUO/DDM are 1 year after manufacture (they are completely consumable beyond that). Depending on the batch and therefore its date of manufacture, the order date + shipping from England, you may have a delay of a few months. If it's another brand, please contact our sales department team(at)lyophilise.com. We hope to have clarified this point. The Lyo team

Well, first opinion but necessary, delivery problem at Chronopost in their warehouse (parcel damaged then transferred to another box), customer service listened and throughout the process, gave me all the information. Once opened, 3 items missing (no doubt due to the problem at Chronopost), one call to Lyophilisé later, missing contents sent. Very professional, thank you.
