I was offered (so I paid) a colissimo delivery on a friday in the early afternoon. but as the order is only processed from monday, I received it on wednesday, so after my departure on Bivouac. so I'll keep my meals for my next Bivouac.

Thank you for your feedback. For a postal order, it takes 4 days on weekdays. 2 for shipping and 2 for delivery. According to our back office, you ordered on Friday July 23 at 14:09. Our orders are prepared within 48 hours from Monday to Friday (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Your order was therefore dispatched on Monday at the end of the day when the Post Office picked it up, and reached you on Wednesday. Delivery times were respected. Having said that, please don't hesitate to contact us by phone or via the contact form to let us know how urgent your order is?
