The "Les MiniPouss" relay point does not have a valid POSTAL address: the premises indicated in the delivery address are no longer in use.

Good communication and fast delivery. An item was missing and they made a refund to speed up delivery (without charges despite the fact that after the refund the invoice did not reach the ceiling of the free parcel, a good attention (excuse my French).

Good customer service Return by e-mail, Very fast delivery (2 days) parcel relay. Big choice of products Better: perhaps more choice of self-warming dishes, which are very practical, especially when it's forbidden to light fires in the forest for a hike lasting more than 12 hours.

Following your comment, we have checked the status of your order. The parcel was dispatched on 28/08 and delivered to the chosen relay point on 01/09. It was collected the same day, and we have asked the carrier for proof of delivery. Can you confirm by return e-mail whether or not the parcel has been recovered? Due to an item not being in stock, receipt of my order was delayed. I wrote to them to make sure I'd receive my order on time, as my trekking trip was approaching. They did their best and I received my order two days early. Thank you very much.

Disappointed, given the price of the products, I expected a higher quality than the products you can find in supermarkets much cheaper for example: too many additives, meat or fish dishes where there is almost no product, cooking meat or fish or cubes of cheese imperfect (remains too hard) even after 15Min of rehydration ... in short not convinced.

Hello, I have received 6 boxes, but there is no protection in the cardboard box: as a result, two boxes are damaged (dents). Does this affect the expiration date of the product? Otherwise impeccable.
