The freeze-dried products are always top quality, but delivery was a problem. The delivery is guaranteed fast and arrived well after I left on vacation. A pity.

Good choice of products, reasonable rates, fairly steep shipment. Surprising network of bridges... (mine was closed). Very happy overall.

The team makes all the difference! Elodie and cie have great selection and prices - but they are still ironing out their bespoke back office software. After years of ordering with speedy delivery of a perfect order, my last order encountered an I.T. problem. With very little time to spare, the humans made all the difference. Just today I told a shopper at Au Vieux Campeur in Paris to stop looking so sadly at the prices and selection in the shop and to get online at lyophilisé.fr ! So good!
