The jerky (turkey and beef) was very good and makes a nice snack. The dried apples were also very good. The freeze-dried meals are generally good, some more than others, but that depends on individual tastes.

I'm a mountain leader and I'm pretty demanding when it comes to the food I offer my clients. The choice of products and customer service is top notch. I would have liked an e-mail to warn me of the waiting time due to lack of stock. I had to ask them myself why after 3 weeks my order had still not been dispatched. they explained to me that there was a restocking problem with their supplier and offered to send me my order partially, or to wait or to be reimbursed for the missing item. it was great, i would have given them 5/5 if they had contacted me earlier to let me know :)
