As for shipping costs outside France, we regularly examine the possibilities with our carriers in order to lower costs. You deliver to China, Singapore, Japan and Malaysia, but not to the Philippines. It's not much further. Too bad I had a good order for you. US Augason Farm delivered in 1 week without any problem. Poor France.

It's too early to say, as I haven't yet had a chance to taste the products. On the other hand, I find that there's a lot of plastic packaging for the quantity of food contained.

If so, the brand does indeed use the same bags as for these recipes, no doubt for reasons of accounting for their machines but also for cost, as they are cheaper for large volumes (and conversely, there could be a knock-on effect on prices). Your order was placed on the 18th and shipped on the 19th, our team respected the deadlines. Your package was then serviced through Correos and arrived in Spain on the 23rd. It seems that the carrier is experiencing some delay, but this is out of our control.
