I received a call explaining that one of the products I'd ordered wouldn't be available for a long time and that in order for me to receive my order more quickly, they could exchange the missing product for an equivalent in taste, but of a superior brand, without changing the price of my order. I really appreciated the gesture and above all the responsiveness of the team, because the problem was solved so quickly that I didn't notice a thing! Thank you for your efficiency, which is becoming increasingly rare!

Thank you for your confidence. Delivery is free for purchases over 70 for delivery to a relay point in France. This is not yet the case for delivery to Belgium, where the Colissimo rate of 8.95 applies. If, in the future, free shipping to any country (subject to a certain amount) were to be introduced, Belgium would surely be the first country to benefit :) In the meantime, we thank you for your understanding and loyalty.
