Hello, we do indeed sell different kinds of long-life meals (from 1 to 25 years). On the one hand, you'll find freeze-dried meals to be rehydrated, which are much lighter than sterilized meals, which are "ready-to-eat" and therefore heavier to transport. Once you're on our site, we think in terms of categories, where it's indicated at the top of the Lyophilized menu and next to it Sterilized, and in each product data sheet, we explain how the dish is processed. But we fully understand that for a first-time visitor, all these notions may be subtle.
