Everything is perfect, fast delivery, wide choice in the range, practical site. I'd recommend it to anyone, 100 % satisfied every time. My only complaint is that once they changed my delivery point without informing me. But I'm not even sure it was Lyophilise, maybe it was Chronopost's initiative. So nothing to complain about.

Delivery received on time, the only problem was that one of the water sachets had a tiny hole in it when it arrived, which I didn't see until after I'd received and opened the package. Mail to customer service, very responsive and very professional problem solved within an hour. I'm very satisfied with their service, having already placed several orders with Lyo and Co the other orders were top notch.
