However, at that time your order had already been prepared and shipped, so the requested modification was no longer possible. We assure you that we do everything possible to serve our customers as quickly as possible, but we are a small team of about ten employees, not an internet giant with automated service. It was a first for me. I bought the 5-day hiking pack which includes a mix of products that allowed me to discover several brands. I loved everything. I didn't eat the desserts (chocolate creams) because even in everyday life I don't like that but they are surely as good as the rest.

Please inquire directly at the parcel shop (bring ID and tracking number).

I didn't think it would be a big deal, but it pleasantly surprised me. The only thing is you have to be careful with the amounts of water you add; sometimes it gets too watery and other times too thick. But if you add the water gradually, you can control it better to suit your taste.
