I had a problem with the products delivered. The expiration date did not correspond to the one advertised. A simple phone call solved the problem, but I was annoyed at the time. Very good responsiveness, but this can be avoided.

Always satisfied with the service, the delivery care and the website, which is quite clear. The only "reproach" I would make is the notice on the products which is requested much too early. I was quite disappointed with a dried meat and I couldn't give a proper comment because I ate it a few months after ordering and the request was closed.

The Lyo team thanks you for your opinion! Concerning the flint, we tested it on our own and didn't manage to ignite a handkerchief. We recommend using it with good fuel to start your fire (birch bark, resin, tinder, etc.). If you don't have any with you, we recommend using tindersticks. We hope we've been able to help!
