Thank you for your feedback. We have a lot of stock turnover on freeze-dried meals, so we don't have short dates, and if we do, they are put back with a date clearly indicated. Could you please send us the recipe in question to team(at) lyophilise.com? If possible, a photo of the date and batch number, so that we can compensate you and check with our supplier. Concerning the choice of freeze-dried products, you may prefer a single brand, but don't hesitate to vary to discover new flavors and widen your choice among our hundreds of recipes. As for the price increase, for this French brand there is indeed a price increase applied by the manufacturer to cover real costs (packaging, ingredients, manufacturing...). Fast delivery but a freeze-dried bag from my order turned out to be no longer available and the company replaced it with another bag (from another brand) without asking my opinion. Personally, I would have preferred them to ask me which freeze-dried product I wanted as a replacement.... because tastes and colors are different ^^.

My 1st order was "confusing" as the addresses on the labelling were reversed and my parcel was delivered 50 km away to someone whose parcel I received. We were lucky that the address on the bottom label was correct and that I was able to contact the person and proceed with the exchange/return. The commercial gesture on the other hand was up to the mark for my 2nd order (points, reduction and elimination of delivery charges). Another point: the freeze-dried products are of high quality.
