Product as described, but shipping was catastrophic, I paid more to have a next-day delivery. Order placed on the 29th after 6 PM, counting the holiday I should have received this order on the 2nd... after several delays for technical reasons and so on, I received my order on May 7th delivered to the post office and not to my home! A bit long considering the extra cost!

I read that you recycle your cardboard, which is very good, but I received my pack in a cardboard box that smells of fish food, I don't know why, so I gave you my rating! We want to reassure you: although we occasionally reuse certain boxes as part of an ecological approach, they are always in good condition, clean, and suitable for sending our products. In fact, the majority of our shipments are made in new boxes.
It is possible that an isolated incident affected your parcel (for example, a box that came into contact with a liquid during transport or beforehand). This is in no way representative of our usual standards regarding quality and cleanliness.

Large order of 30 meals for a trip. I am very surprised and satisfied with almost all the dishes. Careful and quick delivery. Big plus for the brandade, shepherd's pie, free-range chicken and vegetables, as well as for the truffade. Really great, can't wait to taste the others. I give 4/5 because I was disappointed with the Mexican semolina and the Indian pasta which I didn't find very good (except in case of survival!)
