This was my first order, and there will be more! I'm not judging the products (Lyophilisé & Co is a retailer, not a manufacturer) but the seller. To sum up my experience: there are no problems, only solutions. Here's an after-sales service that answers the phone (pleasantly), and looks for and finds solutions.
