1°) Discovered L&C after watching rando-bivouac videos on the internet. (commercial agreements between L&C and youtubeur) 2°) Particularly liked: - Global commercial offer oriented on product range for randos bivouac - Serious commercial follow-up. A reminder from a member of staff following a parcel delivery which had been mislaid and then found at the recovery point by myself (La Poste agency) 3°) Could do better: - Overall offer could be optimized to target light backpacking equipment - Freeze-dried food tastes a bit the same and bland after a few days of these meals (even diversified). Find a solution or criteria to qualify the taste of the product before sale, or perhaps a commercial offer of the same recipe but in 3 brands enabling the buyer to compare tastes I'm going to buy a dehydrator in January to make up my own tasty recipes. - Why not propose an offer of blank containers with typical recipes to be dehydrated. There is a clientele for finished products (your current offer) but also one for semi-finished products whose motivations would be price or menus or ... I'm not sure these potential customers would go for finished products.
