Shipping is very fast and product descriptions are complete. This gives an accurate opinion on your purchases. I only regret the presence of palm oil in the composition of "my cookies"!

Thank you for your opinion. It's true that some manufacturers still use palm oil in their recipes. Nevertheless, many are working on this subject to offer a palm-free recipe. Items as described. Shipped on time via Chronopost, but they had a small problem. The parcel arrived 1 day late. Lyophilise customer service very responsive, with delivery rescheduled for the next day.

It turns out that the order arrived at the parcel shop days ago and I have not received any confirmation by e-mail neither of the shipment nor that I had picked it up. I saw it when I went to my web space to "order tracking".

Good morning, An email was sent on 01/27 with the tracking number of the package. Maybe in your undesirable mail ? The carrier should also send a message but it does not work well with a foreign number. Sorry for the problem - you can go to the store until next Wednesday to get your package back.
