Very satisfied with the handling of my order. I have not yet tested the product. However, very unpleasant experience when picking up the Chronopost shipment at the post office. The package was damaged with a significant hole in one of the corners, I asked to check the contents of the package because the stove is very small. This was not granted to me. I then asked to refuse the delivery but the person did not want to take back the package and accused me of having opened it myself. Fortunately, nothing was missing...

Hello, the spoon/fork ordered was in an envelope and did not require shipping in a box of 20x20x30 cm and with a drop-off at a relay point and not in my mailbox, the cost of postage is exorbitant and the carbon footprint is disastrous. Best regards

Overall, I am satisfied with the order, the only concern is that I am missing an item in the survival bag, upon receiving the package, the box was slightly torn on one side, so the missing item in my bag was not lost for everyone.
