Same-day shipping is just ridiculous: if the order is placed after 1 p.m., you have to wait until the next day or even the day after that, in the middle of the afternoon. Frankly, there's no point in being in a hurry, you might as well go elsewhere.

An order placed on Monday evening will therefore be prepared by Wednesday at the latest. Your parcel left our premises on Wednesday, which means it left on time. Working with seur is not appreciating the customer. We pay for a shipment, which is already rare with amounts like the ones we spend in your store and you ship with a company that is characterized by never delivering the package and having to go to your facilities to get it. They are already 2 days late because your company, Seur, says they can not deliver the package. I will never shop at their store again.

The parcel was supposed to be delivered (as usual) to the pickup point 2 minutes' walk from my house, but it was delivered to the next town, forcing me to take the car. I was faced with a fait accompli (it was mentioned that the initial relay was not available, but on the parcel it says that the change was at my request, which is not the case).

The delivery of my parcel was extremely fast, order placed the evening at 21h, parcel sent the next morning at 9h! It was afterwards that things got complicated, the post office took 7 days to pick up my parcel, which could not be delivered to the relay for some unknown reason, then finally two days later it was there, but the relay was closed. Next time I'll pay for express delivery to be sure of getting my parcel on time and do justice to the work done by the site.
