Overall, I am satisfied with the order, the only concern is that I am missing an item in the survival bag, upon receiving the package, the box was slightly torn on one side, so the missing item in my bag was not lost for everyone.

Everything was correct except for the delivery location. I couldn't change the delivery place of the product when placing the order, as none appeared. When finalizing the purchase, it automatically changed the delivery location to my home to another one that was not mentioned anywhere. If the order went perfectly well, we had a big problem during delivery. The Chronopost delivery person was very unpleasant during the delivery with my wife who was in charge of receiving the package. He hung up on me and did not wait for me to give the delivery code. I understand that they have deadlines to respect but I was at work and could not wait all day. We also have our obligations. So, I pay delivery fees, but it's not to be treated badly...

Unfortunately, one product did not suit me and since the return shipping costs are at my expense, I find myself with a product that I will very likely not use since the shipping costs are the same as the product price, so I will keep it.
