We're not sure which product category you're disappointed with, but considering your order, we think it's freeze-dried :) We currently have just over 400 recipes and kits in stock but we could indeed have a few more...Due to brexit, we're experiencing supply delays on English brands, with strict customs controls impacting lead times as well as companies finding themselves in an administrative headache. Hello, We ordered several meals of different brands that we have not yet used, except for one. Everything was well packaged with an invoice summarizing the order, and the box was open as it was picked up on the spot. When it came time to put the bags away, a bag of Aventure Food pasta, cheese and mushrooms was damaged by a: "cutter stroke"? We ate it quickly and it was good. Sincerely

I was looking for food bars for a long trail run. The Lyophilise & Co website offers a very wide range in this field. That's great, but it leads to a headache when it comes to choosing what's best for you. In fact, there's no tool to help you choose, and you're forced to painstakingly read the description of each product... in short, unrealistic, which leads to a choice more akin to poker!

The dishes are not particularly succulent. The lemon dessert is far too sweet (although I'm a big fan of sugar). The chocolate mousse is good, but should be called a chocolate dessert, as in my opinion it's not a mousse. In short, the quality/price ratio is not entirely satisfactory.

Survival gear and impeccable delivery time - nothing to say. On the other hand, I was very disappointed by the little solar-powered, dynamo-charged survival radio... the same radio is 20 euros cheaper on Pearl. As for the quality of the item, it's mediocre (antenna too short range, picks up almost no stations, rather mediocre sound, not to mention the fact that there's no automatic station search... everything's manual and the joysticks/search wheels are hyper-sensitive... frankly, I'm disappointed with this item, which I'd rate 2/5. They need to improve the antenna, sound quality, add an automatic search option and ideally add at least one USB port. Too disappointed with this item given its high price (50 at Lyophilise and 30 at Pearl) and above all its poor operating quality.
