We want to reassure you: although we occasionally reuse certain boxes as part of an ecological approach, they are always in good condition, clean, and suitable for sending our products. In fact, the majority of our shipments are made in new boxes.

It is possible that an isolated incident affected your parcel (for example, a box that came into contact with a liquid during transport or beforehand). This is in no way representative of our usual standards regarding quality and cleanliness.

Please feel free to test the products received — we rigorously select our offerings to ensure their quality. And if you notice any issues, our customer service is of course available to find a solution.
