Great except for one small problem: when I wanted to confirm delivery to a relay point, I couldn't select one. As a result, I had to pay for delivery when it was free for relay point delivery.

Hello, your parcel was indeed sent on Monday 25/11 (carriers do not collect parcels at weekends) and the parcel was made available on 27/11. However, the relay point didn't flash the parcel and so you didn't receive the information sms. According to the tracking system, you did receive it a few days later. The German bread in a tin has a two-year expiry date in supermarkets, but it is designed for an optimal shelf life of 15 years, as indicated on the certificate that should have accompanied your purchase. Fast delivery but the relay point is 35 km from my home. Despite the packaging being in good condition and the tins wrapped in bubble wrap, 3 tins were dented and I'm wondering whether I should eat them.
