It is important to fill the bowl as full as possible so that there is as little air as possible. Thanks to the trustedshop guarantee I got my money back, as I didn't get my order, a pity really.... I think that in this aspect the shipping issue should be improved, as I find the store very interesting and I would like to be able to place orders later. If they do not improve this I will have to look for another store that guarantees me the same products and a perfect shipment to my country.

It's always perfect with Lyophilise! Order placed on Sunday, shipped on Monday and received on Tuesday (chronopost). Perfect parcel, items ordered correspond in every way to the descriptions. A little gift (mug) that makes you happy. I highly recommend Lyophilise everywhere I go ;-)
