I had a very bad experience with the freeze-dried SATE-BABI meal. After eating it, I had a severe food poisoning. It was the only food I consumed that day, so it must have come from this product. Result: sick all day. I do not recommend it at all and I will not buy this kind of product again.

At this stage, there is no evidence to suggest that the Sate-Babi meal was the definite cause of your discomfort. In outdoor conditions, other factors may come into play: the quality of the water used for rehydration, hygiene conditions in the shelter, seasonal viruses (gastroenteritis), or even individual sensitivity to certain ingredients.
On our side, these references have been consumed by many customers this summer, without any similar reports. However, we remain very attentive to any quality feedback.

The size of the containers is quite large and the shelf life after opening is rather short. Better for a family. The storage temperature of 22°C is just right because in summer it is 30 in the house. I haven't tasted the products which seem to be of good quality (a bit too much maltodextrin and/or dextrose though), except for the NRG rations packed with palm oil. But in case of need, we don't get picky! Overall very satisfactory review. Thank you.

However, at that time your order had already been prepared and shipped, so the requested modification was no longer possible. We assure you that we do everything possible to serve our customers as quickly as possible, but we are a small team of about ten employees, not an internet giant with automated service.
