Hello, your parcel was shipped the day after your order was confirmed, i.e. on 21/12. However, the delivery time was longer than expected due to the festive season. The parcel was delivered on 24/12 to the relay point and collected by you on the 28th. Thank you for your understanding. Team Lyo

It is important to fill the bowl as full as possible so that there is as little air as possible. It's always perfect with Lyophilise! Order placed on Sunday, shipped on Monday and received on Tuesday (chronopost). Perfect parcel, items ordered correspond in every way to the descriptions. A little gift (mug) that makes you happy. I highly recommend Lyophilise everywhere I go ;-)

The website is really well designed and I'm completely satisfied with the products. We might have liked more samples on the site to taste and choose from, but otherwise nothing else to complain about. Fast shipping, careful delivery and reuse of recycled cardboard (now that's a good idea). The little note inside is a real pleasure :)

Super product, quality, good and easy to use. For me it lacks a portion of water on the ration mre to go with the heater without flame. Otherwise, I recommend it and will continue to do so.
