This is the first time I've ordered from this site, so it's always a bit stressful. I placed my order on Wednesday at 12:00 and an hour later my order had already been dispatched (no other company does this better apart from Amazon and Bol who are the references in this field). On Friday my parcel was delivered (in Belgium). One word: efficiency (don't change a thing!). Thank you very much, you have a new customer. Concerning the merchandise, I ordered Convar-7 cookies. The goods were very well packaged. The product seems to be airtight and has a very long expiry date (for me between 10 and 18 years). However, I can't comment on the taste or quality of the product as it was put in my emergency bag.

The customer service department contacted me to inform me that the product I had ordered would no longer be available and I was given the choice between a refund or a voucher for the site. The new order was delivered very quickly and smoothly, and the packaging was very good. Thanks to Michel for his work!
