Incredible after-sales service and very clean order! I had a parcel unfortunately lost, but the customer service was super reactive and was able to send me back the products in time for my hike? The freeze-dried products are always top quality, but delivery was a problem. The delivery is guaranteed fast and arrived well after I left on vacation. A pity.
