The colissimo pick up delivery site chosen was not the one used in fine, so I lost 1 day to pick up my parcel as it was less close to my home. It was a shame.

When the relay point is closed or saturated (during the summer), the carrier will drop off the parcel at another relay point to avoid delaying delivery for several days. Address labels with a defect which can cause a delay but lyophilise&Co customer service responded quickly to solve the problem. This reassures me for my future orders. The products are quality as always and finally a real service which is becoming rare on the net. Well done.
