Thank you for your opinion. Regarding the shipping cost, you have paid 6,95 for a delivery to a pick up point in Spain, not 14. You can check this information on your invoice that was in your package. We are looking for other solutions to lower the price, however for the moment this is the best price we can propose. Fast delivery in accordance with my order, but it's a good thing they mention the recycling of the boxes......because my parcel arrived ripped on one side! (this was mentioned on receipt of the parcel). Fortunately, my order was not damaged and I'm not angry (but I'm taking away one star!).

Top service and very fast shipping. However, given the price, with orders over 100 (the freeze-dried is not given) it would be nice to add a product as a gift to discover, beyond the points.

We sometimes run "flash" offers, such as our Trek and GR packs for April with a free nalgene, but this also represents a cost on our part. Thank you for your feedback. The adapter I ordered is really small, but it has to fit in a box. Even if we have small boxes, we don't have any models that small. Our shipping costs for delivery in France are offered in a "point relais" for purchases of 70 or more. We work with other networks that offer double the number of relay points and shorter parcel delivery times, which explains why you don't have a Mondial Relay network with us at the moment, but nothing is definitive?
