We're not sure which product category you're disappointed with, but considering your order, we think it's freeze-dried :) We currently have just over 400 recipes and kits in stock but we could indeed have a few more...Due to brexit, we're experiencing supply delays on English brands, with strict customs controls impacting lead times as well as companies finding themselves in an administrative headache. Hello, We ordered several meals of different brands that we have not yet used, except for one. Everything was well packaged with an invoice summarizing the order, and the box was open as it was picked up on the spot. Grouping orders with colleagues could also be a way of sharing shipping costs, or of reaching the 70-purchase threshold, at which point delivery is free of charge to a relay point in France. I was looking for food bars for a long trail run. The Lyophilise & Co website offers a very wide range in this field. That's great, but it leads to a headache when it comes to choosing what's best for you. In fact, there's no tool to help you choose, and you're forced to painstakingly read the description of each product... in short, unrealistic, which leads to a choice more akin to poker!

Hello, thank you for your feedback. The Katadyn bread tins have a shelf life of up to 15 years, and you should have received the certificate with your last order, which obviously was not the case. My colleagues will e-mail it to you today. On these long-life products, we have a high turnover of stock. For your information, the DLUO marked on the tins is 2 years, as this is the regulation in Germany, where this bread is sold in supermarkets. The dishes are not particularly succulent. The lemon dessert is far too sweet (although I'm a big fan of sugar). The chocolate mousse is good, but should be called a chocolate dessert, as in my opinion it's not a mousse. In short, the quality/price ratio is not entirely satisfactory.
