Delivery received on time, the only problem was that one of the water sachets had a tiny hole in it when it arrived, which I didn't see until after I'd received and opened the package. Mail to customer service, very responsive and very professional problem solved within an hour. I'm very satisfied with their service, having already placed several orders with Lyo and Co the other orders were top notch.

As their suppliers are still relatively "young", they don't sell sufficient quantities to invest in a 100-strong industrial breeding facility to offer larger formats. Fast efficient store practically the only one to offer this type of product with a good variety. This may be due to the freeze-dried products themselves, but I didn't find them terrible in general, lacking taste and firm texture.

A wide choice of products not found elsewhere, very interesting selection criteria and regular promotions: an invaluable site. Delivery is fast, in appropriate packaging. The only reservation about logistics is that there's no message telling you when your delivery has arrived at your destination, which could mean you forget.
