Transport is normally supposed to take between 3 and 4 working days. As a result, my parcel is still in France and doesn't seem to have left. I had to order freeze-dried food from another site to get it in time.

Hello Sir, Your order has been shipped 48 hours after your validation. Delivery to Switzerland takes about 3-4 working days, not including customs delays. Unfortunately, it is impossible to predict this delay in advance.
